Join your fellow dentists for an unforgettable “Adventure Expedition!”

We design our medical expedition trips for all experience levels and well suited for dentists and medical professionals looking to gain more skills or confidence in outdoors adventures for a more balanced life. We will also demonstrate best off-road 4x4 vehicle and camping practices, and teach about the natural environment around us.

• 4 day overland trips in the most pristine environments  focusing on backcountry roads and off-road trails
• Guided by a tam from the Medical Adventure Company (MAXC): we take care of all the planning, packing, cooking and clean-up!
• Camp each night in remote sites along the trails
• Drive an MAXC vehicle or drive your own personal 4x4
• Explore Oklahoma, Colorado, Wyoming and Utah flora and fauna via off-road vehicles and on side hikes and around camp
• Medical Group trip style: can be up to 5 medical professionals and their family and a great way to meet some other like-minded professionals
• Trips for 2020 start in June and run through September

What’s Included

• An MAXC overland vehicle for you to drive, rigged with rooftop tent for sleeping.  Hands-on off-road vehicle instruction included.
• Expert guides qualified in overland camping, Leave No Trace, 4x4 driving, and wilderness medicine
• Gourmet camp food prepared by the guides (breakfast, lunch and dinner plus snacks!)
• Happy-hour cocktail each night and then moderate selection of beer and wine at camp
• Hot drinks (LOTS of coffee, tea, hot chocolate)
• Camping gear
• Bedding (freshly laundered sleeping bag and pillow)
• Camp shower and latrine
• Gas for vehicle
• Car rental insurance
• transportation to our staging/rendezvous
